How it works

Four steps from marker to Miro.

No tracing. No retyping. No squinting at someone’s handwriting from across the room.

01

Snap the board

Photo from your phone, or pick an image already on your Miro canvas.

02

Reboardly rebuilds it

Sticky notes, text, shapes, frames, and arrows — recreated as native Miro objects.

03

Review the spelling

Detected typos are shown side-by-side. Accept suggestions, keep originals, or decide in bulk.

04

Add to Miro

Drop the finished board onto your canvas. Keep iterating like it was always digital.

Spelling, reviewed not auto-fixed

Whiteboards run on rushed handwriting.
Reboardly knows that.

When spelling review is enabled, likely mistakes are surfaced in a list you control — accept what looks right, keep what was intentional, then add the result when you are ready.

Spelling Suggestions

24 mistakes
A

Detected, not assumed

Reboardly only flags clear typos. Brand names, jargon, and shorthand stay untouched.

B

Reviewable, one by one

See every suggestion side-by-side with the original. Accept all, keep all, or pick.

C

Preview before adding

Nothing lands on your Miro board until you say so. The before-state stays intact.

What it rebuilds

Board content, rebuilt as editable Miro objects.

01

Sticky notes & text

Rebuilt as real Miro stickies and text blocks — with original color when we can read it.

02

Shapes & frames

Boxes, rounded rects, ellipses, and grouped frames are recreated as editable shapes.

03

Connectors & arrows

Lines and arrows between elements come back as native Miro connectors you can re-route.

04

Layout modes

Original geometry, more spacing, or auto-aligned — pick the cleanup level per board.

05

Mindmap support

When a clear hierarchy is detected, Reboardly can render it as a real Miro mindmap node tree.

06

Image-like elements

Sketches and photos can be preserved as image objects when they are detected as visual regions.

Board types

Built for the boards teams actually photograph.

Reboardly understands more than plain text. It looks for board structure so the result can be useful immediately, from tagged task walls to native mind maps.

Kanban boards

From physical task wall to tagged Miro board.

For lane-based boards, Reboardly can rebuild sticky notes and automatically attach useful tags such as status and visible owner names when the pattern is clear.

  • Status tags from columns
  • Owner tags from note text
  • Editable sticky notes in Miro

Mind maps

Turn clear hierarchies into native mindmap nodes.

When mindmap output is selected, Reboardly can preserve the branching structure as real Miro mindmap elements instead of flattening it into loose boxes.

  • Native Miro mindmap output
  • Branch structure preserved
  • Text stays editable

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does Reboardly actually edit my Miro board?
You stay in control. Reboardly previews the result first, then adds fresh editable elements only when you choose to add them. Existing board content is never modified.
What if my handwriting is genuinely terrible?
Reboardly handles normal rushed workshop handwriting surprisingly well. If a note is truly unreadable in the photo, we cannot do magic, but the result is still easy to review and clean up.
Can I use a board image already on my Miro canvas?
Yes — select an existing image on your Miro board and Reboardly can turn it into the source for a new editable result.
How good are the results?
Often already quite good, especially for clear boards with readable text and visible structure. Dense layouts can still produce mistakes, and we are constantly improving the reconstruction quality. Even when cleanup is needed, it is usually a matter of seconds instead of rebuilding the board from scratch — and your feedback helps us make it better.
Do you store my whiteboard photos?
We keep small thumbnails so your history remains easy to scan. Original source images are deleted after 24 hours unless you explicitly give permission to use the image to improve our service. You can delete jobs or your account data from Account at any time.
Do you use my data to improve the service?
Only if you choose to share it. We’re grateful when you send ratings and written feedback, and you can do that without sharing your source image or generated result. If you do choose to share those, we only review them with your explicit permission.
Will spelling correction touch product names or jargon?
Reboardly is careful here. It flags clear typos, leaves ambiguous names and jargon alone, and lets you review suggestions before anything is added to the board.
How does pricing work after beta?
Beta is free, with up to 30 processing requests per fixed 24-hour quota window. We are still working on post-beta pricing and want to shape it around real usage, so now is a good time to try Reboardly and tell us what would make it valuable for your team.
