For product help, deletion requests, privacy questions, or security concerns, email hello@reboardly.com.

What to include

A short support note is enough. Helpful details are:

  • what you were trying to do
  • what happened instead
  • whether the issue happened during upload, processing, preview, or adding to Miro
  • your browser and operating system, if the issue looks device-specific

Please do not send sensitive whiteboard photos by email unless you are comfortable sharing them. You can give result feedback without sharing the source image or generated result.

Data deletion and privacy requests

You can delete old jobs, all jobs, or your full Reboardly account data from the Account screen inside the app. If you cannot access the app or want help with deletion, email us and mention "data deletion" in the subject. This also applies if you already uninstalled or deauthorized the Miro app and can no longer open the Account screen.

Result quality feedback

After you add elements to Miro, Reboardly asks how the result worked. We are grateful for ratings and written feedback. Sharing source images and generated results for diagnostics is optional and explicit.

Common fixes

  • Use a clear, well-lit photo where the full board is visible.
  • For dense boards, try the layout mode with more spacing before adding the result.
  • If Miro does not open the app, reinstall from the Add to Miro link on the home page.
  • If your session expires, reconnect Reboardly from the panel and retry the action.
